Requesting to be added to the Prayer & Care Section of the Sunday bulletin.

  • Please briefly describe the prayer that will be added to the Sunday Bulletin. Space is limited in the bulletin, so please use phrases such as: John Doe hospitalized, Jane Doe recovering in the hospital, etc.
  • Please clearly indicate how long you desire to be listed in Prayer & Care section of the bulletin. For example, provide a date to be removed from the bulletin, or provide number of Sundays you desire to be listed in the bulletin.
