Youth and Families Ministries
Nursery – The church nursery provides child care for children of members and guests during Sunday morning worship services, choir practices and other specified events. Children should be infants through age 4; space in the nursery is available to separate mobile from non-mobile children. On occasion, childcare for special events may be available for older children in a location other than the nursery, provided there is additional staff and advance notice.
Kids Word is for elementary-aged children to gather and grow together! Kids can join their friends right after the Children’s Sermon for a time that is just for them. Bibles are encouraged!
Kids Do Worship As you enter the Narthex and take a bulletin and beacon, please grab a kids tool kit! Look for the colorful plastic clipboards. These kits are filled with supplies to help make Worship a bit more interactive for our elementary-aged kiddos.
Bibles We had so much fun at our 3rd Grade Bible Party that we are gearing up to do it again!!! Do you have an incoming 3rd Grader this fall? We can’t wait to celebrate this milestone with you!!! Be prepared for our Child and Family Ministry Connector to reach out to you soon.

Confirmation Faith is a journey that has many entry points, and this church is committed to meeting people where they are and helping them discover the gift and depth of following Jesus. There is no specific “Confirmation class”, but core elements of our faith are part of our Wednesday and Sunday youth gatherings. the middle sunday is focused on our faith tradition, and the middle wednesday on living out our faith. Our high school SLY Sunday is focused on faith questions and conversations and SLY Wednesday on living out our faith. We also offer retreats for 6-12th grade, Summer Servant Trips for 9-12th grade, and Mentors along the way to enrich our gathering time. The Rite of Confirmation can happen as young people are ready, any time after the fall of their 10th grade year.
